Don't Listen to Scale for Best Weight Loss Results

"Such a great statement! So many people use the scale to track their progress and set themselves up for failure. Your body is made up of two different types of weight: Body Fat and Lean Weight. The scale doesn’t differentiate between the two!

thinnerthoughts:

“weight-loss” is NOT about the number on the scale. It’s used as a measurement but in the long run really means jack squat. My old trainer was 5’6” 140 lbs and a size 2.

The scale means nothing. Go by how your clothes fit and your energy level.

NOT THE SCALE. You’ll put too much pressure on yourself.

You are doing a good job, keep it up!
