“Laziness is a state of mind”

If you go through your day with a negative attitude and say things like, “this will never work”, “I’m too tired for this”, “This is too much work”, etc, then you are conditioning your mind to be lazy. Think positive, be hopeful, and have some faith in yourself. Imagine yourself accomplishing your goals. How great would you feel if you lost some weight, got in shape, or just accomplished something trivial during your day. Once you imagine that feeling, then hold on to it and make it happen. Now you have just conditioned your mind to be productive and think positively about your daily tasks, and goals.
